does anyone in support actually give any support?? Been asking for help for over 2 months and got no replies. Can someone HELP PLEASE??

My Iskur chair is just 6 months out of warranty, but my mounting plate (H) is snapped at the rear end.

I cannot find support in Australia and need to buy a new plate. Can someone help ? please.
