I'm in the same boat, just created a new thread. Been waiting for a response for 10 days now.
Razer suck.. my razer blade 15 is defective the previous ticket was replaced by another ticket and they went silence... product good to look but the QC and durability is questionable.. If i can use an analogy.. they are not wife material.. rather their product is like a hot one night stand with a bad ass attitude ( Support)
