Support/replacement parts Razor Enki X

Hello all,

 

I am currently looking for replacement parts for the Razor Enki X. My Chair is out of the warranty period which causes me to be unable to create a support ticket through the normal channels (this is very weird).

The base star has the known issue where the welds fail and this has finally happened to me. I require a new gas cylinder and base star so I can continue to use my chair. I am willing to pay in full to buy these replacement parts, I wish to use OEM parts instead of buying third party parts (They are available).
