Support request — issue with registering the Razer BlackShark V2 X. Please help.

Dear Razer Support Team,


I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset and tried to register it as a product on my account, but I received a message stating that the product had already been registered. However, I did not do this. I have the box, the serial number, the headset, and all the brochures. The box was sealed.


For reference: I have the product ID and serial number, and I can provide them for verification.

 

Please provide me with instructions on how to register the product to my account so that I can access the software. Thank you very much for your support—I look forward to fully enjoying the Razer BlackShark V2 X
