I'm experiencing a consistent issue with Razer Remote Play PC and would appreciate any help or guidance.
Problem Description:
After connecting to my PC and playing for approximately 30-40 minutes, the video stream freezes completely. However, I can still hear the audio perfectly and my inputs are still being registered (I can move my character and interact with the game). Only the video feed gets stuck/frozen.
Setup Details:
- Using latest version of Razer Cortex on PC
- Latest version of Razer Remote Play app on mobile device
- Issue occurs consistently after 30-40 minutes of gameplay
- Audio continues working normally
- Input commands still register on PC
What I've tried:
- Restarting both applications
- Checking network connection stability
- Updating to latest versions of both apps
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Are there any known fixes or troubleshooting steps I should try? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
