Support system isn't accepting my keyboard serial number

  1. New Joro, SN is 15 characters but not accepted by the support system
  2. Apparently Synapse config doesn’t actually save to the keyboard (like QMK). I’m on Linux so no other config options. I’m a heavy F-key user, I need the key combo for FN Mode lock on the Joro.
