Great video but i am having this messgae "razer product number unknown", can someone help ?

I'm having the same problem
Mine ripped mostly half of it off so it's completely useless.
I don't have the receipt with me. And it is difficult to get the right service with helping this issue

Hey y'all! I have gotten no help and no responses from Razer, so ...awko taco...I am now just wondering how to use my keyboard properly, as since I charged it for the first time, the backlighting no longer is on, I recognize that this is directly related to the software/apps, as those are the places where I am supposed to "control" my keyboard settings, but even though I have downloaded them all and signed in a stuff, they do not help me. Where is customer service? I am super grateful for all of the many blessings in my life, and I know that this is a first world problem to be fair, but still....

I Thing It would be a good idea to add a universal hashtag for people associated with Razer insider like #razerinsider and put it under this type of activity. It would also be a good idea to add some applause for the background of future videos, it's too dark 😃 The animation itself clearly explains what the day is, so no complaints (My YT account ; Ozyrys AR1A)

My RAZER THRESHER 7.1 ,have 15 serial number.
but 7.1 surround sound have 20 number , for activation.
how i do.?

I’m not sure where else to post this and this is my first time using forums in general, but I am in need of a replacement wrist rest for my Razer Ornata Chroma keyboard. The one I have is currently damaged. Where can I purchase a replacement wrist rest? Thanks for the help! Appreciate it.

The problem i have is that the activation code i have to rub of using a coin got wiped with the grey thingy even the paper came off with a slightly hard strength . I keep asking for a new activation code on the support page and they keep telling me i have to register my product which i already did.
