I need help with my Hanbo Chroma. I’ve tried using the support form, and it recognizes my serial number and says to press the “Submit” button. But when I do, nothing happens. I’ve tried refreshing the browser, using another browser, and even did it on another device. I’m seriously at the point of just leaving a bad review and looking at somewhere else for my next AIO.
