Hi

I recently purchased a Razer headset But when I enter the serial and product number to add this device ,,

it show me a message saying  ''this product is alredy registred if you did not register it pls contact razer supprt''

I cannot register it and I cannot use 7.1 surround sound

Whats the problem ,Im very confused

Return it and get from more viable source.

New headsets are never registered, and the problem that they’re already registered is most aliexpress units or 3rd party amazon sellers.

I don't know if I can return it now, but I am sure that the product is indeed original, even the serial number in the ear matches the one in the product box.

Please PM me with the serial number of your headset and the proof of purchase, or let me know the name of the store where you purchased it?
