Surround 7.1

Hello, I own a Kraken Tournament Edition and I tried to install the Surround 7.1. When I opened the file it said I need activation code. Since I don't have such code I activated it through Razer ID and it worked, but the Surround Sound installer still displays that I need an activation code even when I logged in. Maybe it's the installer's mistake because I have Surround 7.1 in my sound control panel, but when I change from the output device to Surround 7.1 there's no audio at all. Also another output device appeared (Internal AUX Jack (7.1 Surround Sound).
