Ich habe mein PC von W10 auf w11 gestellt, nun muss ich 7.1 surround sound neu installieren wo er mich auch nach dem Aktivierungscode fragt.
Den Aktivierungscode den ich damals bekommen habe funktioniert nicht mehr. Mein Headset ist in der liste nicht mehr aufgeführt. Was mich jetzt ärgert ist, dass ich ja einen Code zum aktivieren bekommen habe 2018 und es jetzt nicht mehr möglich ist einen neuen zu erhalten. Was kann ich machen und an wen kann ich mich wenden.
