I download and install the setup file, it installs 93 MB and the start button appears. So far everything is normal, but when I press the button there is no interaction. When I press the shortcut to the application, I see the error rzappengine not found.
I go to the application files and press all the setup files to open any of them, but none of them open. I press the file, but there is no interaction. I bought the headset, but I cannot install 7.1. Need help urgently :(
