Surround 7.1 App problem!

Just bought barracuda X. I’m trying to install 7.1 Surround app, but it’s shows It can’t connect to servers. Also tried with admin permissions (ofc, there’s connection on PC, and net runs great). What Can I do?

        Same problem  7.1 SS app. im using win 10 x64 and try every solution but still not working.
