SURROUND 7.1 FOR KRAKEN V2
Dear Community, is Razer Kraken Pro V2 eligible for Surround 7.1 ? I lost my bass for some reason. Thanks.

Hi, zhihang5981! Your Razer Kraken Pro V2 headset has no surround sound function. By the way, was it working fine before? Were there recent updates made to your PC before this problem happen? For now, let's try to reinstall the audio driver. Please follow the outlined steps below:
-Press Windows key + S on the keyboard to open the Search bar.
-Type in Device Manager and hit enter.
-Expand Audio inputs and outputs.
-Right-click on Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio) and select Uninstall device.
-Reboot. New drivers should automatically be installed after a restart.
If the problem persists, do send me the serial number of your device. I can use those to look into possible solutions.
