Surround 7.1 (Serial code)
Can someone help me? I registered my Kraken Pro in my account but I don't have the serial for 7.1 activation. What do I do? How can I receive it?

What you have is the Kraken Pro V1, and it didn't come with any surround sound app. That said, you can use it with THX Spatial Audio. But you'll have to purchase an activation code after the trial period. You can download the said app from here.
