Hello, Today I bought a Razer Kraken X but the surround sound code inside the packaging is damaged. I can't read the final 5 letters of the code and i can't activate surround sound. How can i resolve the problem? I also registered the product on razer.com in my personal area. Thanks and sorry for my little English!
