Back in 2015, I received an email from Razer with a gift code for Razer Surround Pro. I still have the original email and successfully activated the software at that time.
Currently, I would like to download the Surround Pro application, but I cannot find it. When I check my account, it shows that the product is not registered. I also tried using the same key with Razer 7.1 Surround, but the system does not accept it.
Could you please confirm if:
- The old Razer Surround Pro software can still be downloaded and used, or
- The original key can be applied to Razer 7.1 Surround?
I can provide the original email and key if needed.
