Surround Sond razer or any razer application

This case I was trying to install Sourrondsound but it always shows me this. Anything I try do doesn't work I tried turning off my firewall, or running it as adminstrator or even allowing the app to run through the firewall. Keeps doing the same problem, The installer always says the same issue. Is there any solutions?

    Please check the steps that were tried from this thread. If you have Kaspersky or Windows Defender, please disable or create an exemption for the Razer Software to eliminate the issue. Otherwise, send me a PM including your Razer Synapse and other software logs through this collector. Once collated, please save them via Google Drive or any online drive, then paste the accessible link in your message. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
