Surround sound 7.1 -activation code already used

Greetings! I've bought a pair of razer kraken x lite version like a month or two months ago. I've got the headsets from a trusted site, but the code I have seems that it already has been used. I've contacted support thru email two times when I bought the headsets but I didn't got any response. I just need an answer if its possible for the activation code to get used one more time.

    you can only use the code one time it gets linked to your razer account

    i had a problem with the code too and via chat support they made me a new code

A photo showing the error while activating the code. c. The email address associated to your Razer ID. d. Your headset's serial number. Save the files via Google Drive or to any online drive account, then paste the link here.
