When I click “download” on this page 7.1 Surround Sound | Razer United States
I am being sent to an empty white page with this text. What do I do? 
I’m aware of the new software but I love SS 7.1 and can’t live without it

Same here. Just bought a Barracuda X, and can’t download the app. I tried 3 different browsers.
