Hello All!
I have purchased a Blackshark X Hyperspeed headset, made my Razer accounts, and got the product registered. I got my activation code for Surround 7.1 and installed the software through the Razer installer. When I try to open it, the mouse turns to the loading wheel, stops, and nothing happens. I tried many uninstalls, reinstalls, and restarts. Nothing seems to work. The other apps all seem to work, just not the surround sound.
Did anyone else encounter this and have a solution?
Machine is an MSI GS76 Stealth, Intel i9 with Windows 11. Single user.
