Dear Razer Support,
I recently purchased a pair of Razer Kraken X Lite headphones, and inside the box, I received an activation code for 7.1 Surround Sound. However, when I try to enter the code, I receive an error message stating that the code is invalid.
I have already reached out to support multiple times but have not received any response. Additionally, when I request a new activation code, I keep receiving the same one, which does not work.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would appreciate either a working activation code or guidance on how to fix this problem.
