Ok so, I got Razer blackshark v2 x and it was looking great at first, I downloaded 7.1 surround sound app from razer and put my activation, but then it told me to put my windows playback settings to 7.1 surround sound, heres the thing, it isnt there. Even the mic input isnt there.
Im using a laptop btw.

I just returned that headset because the mic sounded like shit. Sounded like I was in a tin can. Now my Nari keeps cutting out on Discord only.
