Surround sound 7.1 not working.
I Recently bought a KRAKEN X headphones when i scratched the code with a coin, the ink got blurred and its not clear for me, is there any other way to get the code please? i spent weeks saving up for it. i hope i dont have to pay 20$ for the code again.

busLaurelGreendaily667Sorry for the mishap. Please be aware that a damaged or lost activation card due to mishandling is not covered by Razer's limited warranty. Also, the 7.1 Surround Sound is not for sale. You can submit a request to our Support Team or send me a PM so I can create a support ticket on your behalf. Take note that the code generation request is subject for approval. I’ll be locking this thread now.
