Preciso de um novo código de verificação, pois comprei um fone hoje 16/08/2025 Razer blackshark v2 x e fui no site para fazer o registro do produto e quando coloquei as informações do produto disse que já está utilizado o código e não consigo dar sequência

This translates as:

I need a new verification code, because I bought a pair of headphones today, 16/08/2025, Razer BlackShark V2 X, and I went to the website to register the product, and when I entered the product information it said the code has already been used and I can’t proceed.

Kindly note that the Razer Insider doesn't have support for your preferred language. Please post your inquiry or concern in English across all boards. 

Regarding your Razer BlackShark V2 X registration issue, please be informed that product registration mainly serves warranty purposes. You can find the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code on the scratch card included in the packaging. If the card is missing, I suggest you contact the reseller for a refund or replacement. Should you need further help, feel free to send me a PM with your device’s serial number and proof of purchase so I can check the information. Thanks!
