Surround Sound activation code already linked to previous owner's account

Hello,

I purchased a used Razer headset and I have the original 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. However, when I try to activate it with my Razer account, I receive a message saying that the code has already been used.

The code was activated by the previous owner and is linked to their Razer account. I no longer have access to that account.

The headset is now mine and I can provide the serial number and photos of the headset if required.

Is it possible to unlink the 7.1 Surround Sound license from the previous owner's account and transfer it to my Razer account, or issue a replacement activation code?

Thank you for your help.

Once activated, it’s not possible to activate it again with the same code.

And license is bound to the original account, not possible to transfer it.

Hey there, @sharpThistlecar556

Please note that activation codes, such as the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code, are designed for one-time use and are non-transferable. If the code has already been registered and activated on another Razer account, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a replacement code.

Additionally, it is not possible to unlink or transfer the activation code from the previous owner's account, as the code can only be used once and becomes permanently associated with the account on which it was originally activated.

If you have any further questions, please send me a PM along with your device's serial number so I can assist you further. Thank you!
