Surround sound asking for activation code.

I bought kraken v2 about 2 years ago, I always used SURROUND software and although sometimes I came to uninstall it, it never asked me a second time for its activation code. I recently formatted my computer and now the software has again asked for the code, but obviously I don't have the code anymore. ... yes, I logged in as I always do. Razer ID: xXDarkSilentXx

The base Razer Surround module does not require an activation code. The key is to unlock the Surround Pro functionality and unfortunately, we no longer generate them. But do send me a PM with the serial number of your headset so I can check if there's already one attached to the device.

    I too can't find this Activation Code anywhere. Can i provide you with the serial number or something, so i can get one for my Razer Surround Pro ?
