I lost the code for the surround sound activation for my Kraken BT headset. How can i receive a replacement?

    I lost the code for the surround sound activation for my Kraken BT headset. How can i receive a replacement?
    The Kraken BT Kitty Edition and Kraken BT Sanrio Limited Edition are both Razer Synapse 3 supported devices. Please be aware that the code is only available to the newer versions, namely the Razer Kraken 2019, Kraken X, Kraken X USB, Kraken V3 X, Blackshark V2 X, and the Barracuda X, which uses 7.1 Surround Sound.
