Surround Sound is broken after Windows update

I'm using Kraken Pro v2 with Razer Synapse 2.0, after the newest update from Windows, my audio is completely broken with some crackling and low resolution sound, can somebody give me a solution ? Thanks !

    same problem, im using razer kraken x lite (3.5mm) and the same thing happens , your not the only one, contacted support and they recomended me to reinstall drivers but it doesnt work even !! (also tried to desinstal all audio drivers and nothing works)

    try to use this program bro (https://www.bluestacks.com). Just run it in the background. It worked for me !
