Surround sound License code invalid

Hello. Yesterday I got my brand new Razer Blackshark v2 X headphones and I tried to unlock surround sound via the application but it says that my license code is invalid. I tried many times but still nothing. I also registered my headphones on RAZER ID. I don't know what the problem is but maybe I'm doing sth wrong as it is my first razer product. Just to let you know they were originally packed and appeared to have never been opened.

Try using English US keyboard format We have seen in the past where other English keyboards do not work. Otherwise, wait for one of the RAZER official support to be in contact with you through this thread. Prepare the followings~~~
  • Name
  • S/N
  • P/N
  • Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
  • Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
Also, 7.1 SS Activation Code can only be applied to one RAZER ID. If RAZER headset is a second hand item, likely the previous owner would have applied the code. Otherwise drive your hearing senses through the roof by upgrading to THX Spatial Audio Most latest RAZER headsets are compatible with THX Spatial Audio. I solved the problem. I've been typing 0 instead of O. I didn't even think about it until just now. Either way, thank you very much for the help <3
