I bought a Barracuda X and try so many times to log in and It said "No authentication found" what do i have to do?

    mee tooo just bought yesterday my baracuda x headset and still 7.1 surround is not working for me. i didnt recived answer from razer's team . i see a lot of similar topics on 7.1 sound activation failure on this forum left unanswered!
