Surround sound problem

I have a problem Razer Surround Sound does not appear as an option to set as the default playback device so I can’t select it for audio output
It worked before but after I clicked Troubleshoot sound problems it stopped working
Can somebody help with this My headset is Razer BlackShark V3 HyperSpeed

I understand you’re having issue with the Razer BlackShark V3 HyperSpeed Surround Sound feature. Let’s try some steps below to resolved the problem.

1. Ensure Razer Synapse is Installed. Advanced features like 7.1 Surround Sound, EQ tuning, and mic enhancements require Razer Synapse on a Windows PC. Please make sure it's installed on your system.

2. Set Up Your Headset as Default:

  1. Open Sound settings on your PC.
  2. Under "Output," choose "BlackShark V3 X USB."
  3. Under "Input," select "BlackShark V3 X USB."

3. Try to uninstall and reinstall the 7.1 Surround Sound software then login to your Razer account.
