surround sound wont launch

hi ive received my barracuda x, install surround sound and activate it. Works fine. Want to upgrade in thx spatial, but program dont work. So i reinstall surround sound, but i have this message when i launch shortcut.: dont find rzappengine.exe. I have 7.1 surround sound in my audio options, but i cant launch the application. Could u help me? thx a lot

    This issue typically has something to do with reactivation. I highly suggest following the steps on how to do a clean reinstallation from this page.
