Hello, I'm really confused about the whole thing. I got the Razer Kraken Kitty V2 Pro from my friend for Christmas and I have a card with a QR code on it to get the activation code for the surround sound app. After hours of searching, I finally found where you can enter the serial number to get the code. But it says that my product is not available for this or something like that. I am not good in English. My question is why do I have this little card in it that tells me that I'll get it even though in the end it's not the case?
