Surrouns sound 7.1 app doesn't work on Kraken V3 X

When downloading the application, everything goes smoothly, but after launching it, it does not disp
lay its interface on the screen, but only appears in the taskbar as an icon. With this icon I can log into Razer ID and that's it. The application simply does not open. I tried to install it with the antivirus turned off, updated the sound card drivers, but it didn’t help. I attached information about the behavior of the application in the screenshot.
In the device manager, in the “Sound, game and video devices” section, 2 drivers are displayed: “7.1 Surround Sound” and “Razer Kraken V3 X”.

I also want to add - this is what the application displays in its debug.log:
