Suspicious log in issues and secure bootup

Ive been having issues with my Razerblade 15 booting up in secure boot almost every time. I recently figured out how to turn it off, but it keeps turning itself back on. When I did finally get back into my laptop briefly, razer central did’t let me log in in any way. If I log in with razer I get ‘suspicious login attempt’ because my location is different from where my laptop was last working and if I log in with google it says, ‘no authentication found’. Razer central wants me to update but won't let me without logging in, I feel like I'm stuck in a loop. Haven't been able to use my laptop in months.
