Hi,
From reading the limited warranties, I’m not sure if a swollen battery will be covered, as it seems like some sort of manufacturing defect, vs a depleted or unchargeable cell. Can anyone here confirm? Also, how would I dispose of this battery?

Please send me the serial number of the laptop so I can check the warranty status. I can also submit a repair ticket on your behalf should you opt to send the device for a battery replacement.
