I have a razer blade 15 base 2020 with a rtx2060 and the battery is swollen. I can't use it properly and I need it for work. Is there a quick way to get it replaced ? (I'm in France if it does matter). I bought it in July 2020 id the warranty still active ?

    Have you contacted our Support Team? If you haven't, please send me a photo showing the laptop's battery concern and a copy of your proof of purchase.
