I wanted to open my laptop back cover to clean the fans as it's full of dust. When I open 2 screws at the back, the cover immediately pop up at the side. I stop and peek beneath, found out the battery had swollen. It cuz the back cover to be pop up nearly stuck the screw. This laptop I been using for 2 years and this is the first time I open the back cover. Attached pictures. What should I do?

Sorry to see your Razer Blade's battery all swollen up. The main cause of this is excessive heat and the unit not getting enough ventilation. You may check this article to extend your laptop's battery life. By the way, have you contacted our Support Team? If you haven't, please send me a PM so I can help you initiate a repair request. I’ll be locking this thread now. Feel free to send me a PM anytime or visit our self-help options should you have other questions or concerns.
