Syanpse 4 profile change won't work

Hey all,

 

To make the new BlackWidow V4 Pro work I had to switch from Synapse 3 to Synapse 4. However, now the auto profile change feature when you launch a game don’t work anymore.

 

Any solution on this?

Hello Razer team, a question was asked above and we are waiting for an effective solution to the profile problem that does not always change but sometimes it works !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! please Razer it does not take 6 months to find a solution right?

News, 

with only Synapse 4 the profiles don't always work.
But after uninstalling everything, I reinstalled Synapse 4 but this time I added Chroma too, then I configured so that chroma does not manage rgb and I closed Chroma and disabled its launch at startup.
There Synapse works well with game profiles!
