synaps 4 crashing my pc

  • Ok this is a long story… so i have a
    -razer huntsman elite
    -naga v2 pro(since 2 weeks)
    -strider chroma
    -nommo v2(since 1week)
    -had kraken v4 (since a week) returned it now i have a kraken v4 pro

    ok so the trouble started with the kraken v4 and the game/chat slider working in mirror so when i clicked game it went to chat and vice versa and also when i hit max game my headset would say max chat…
    now i contacted razer about this and i had to send like 1million things and they kept sending me the same stuff i already did like 50 times… so i gave up and send the headset back… stupid me had a verry good deal on the Kraken v4 PRO… and thought maybe this one won't do it so now i have a kraken v4 pro

    so now since today i installed the kraken v4 pro... at first everything worked ok… everything installed etc… so i shut down my pc went to the gym and when i came back and turned on the pc the horror begun.

    the pc started booting slower like realy slower… then when everything eventualy was booted only 1 speaker of the nommo v2 pro did the rgb the other one gave no light… they both played sound thou then when i started razer chroma only 1 speaker showed in chroma studio aswell… 
    i then did a reboot and from then on chroma didnt work anymore it always got stuck on the main page loading ? or crashing ? just a blank dark grey screen… i could close it and reopen it with still the same screen like it was loading… i rebooted again and same story… i then repaired chroma and it worked… i saw everything again in the chroma app… untill i rebooted… where i was stuck with the grey loading screen/crash again… so now i removed chroma and synaps…

    now my pc booted at the normal boot speed again… i reinstalled synaps again and chroma so now i had to do a reboot….
    and ofc my pc booted slow again… and this story is going on for hours now

    i did found out everytime synaps is set at boot at system startup my pc acts weird… takes forever to boot sometimes doesnt even boot at all… also chroma is always stuck at the loading/crash screen…

    the moment i turn synaps off at system start up and chroma off at system start up my pc boots normaly + if i then manualy start synaps and chroma(always as administrator) everything seems to work like it should… everything pops up and i can work or change stuff in it
    now i only tested this with 
    -huntsman elite
    -naga v2 pro
    -strider chroma
    -nommo v2 pro

    i still have to check how this boots and runs when i reconnect my kraken v4 pro… or if it then starts freaking out again.
    now i just bought a razer blackwidow v4 pro orange on the razer website yesterday.
    that's about 270+180+450+400 that's +-1300euro on razer stuff and all i get is stuff that doesn't even work… or has problems…. seems to me the more you buy from razer and has to work together in synaps the more problems show up

    also my pc is brand new… i build 2 a 3 weeks ago
    -amd 9800X3D
    -rog astral 5080
    -Asus rog X870e F-gaming wifi
    -990pro 4tb
    -corsair 32gig ram 6000mhz cl30
    -lian li hydroshift
    -8x lian li wireless uni infinity fans
    -lian li strimer cables
    -lian li edge 1000watt

    i hope this get's fixed or helped out cause else this is the last drop in the bucket for me… and ill return every single piece and go to steelseries or corsair or something...
