I borrowed a keyboard from my cousin and used it in my laptop. I registered the product with my own Razer ID but when I open Synapse, it can't see my registered product (Ornata Chroma). I tried searching for ways on how to deal with this problem but I can't find any solution. Thus, I've used this forum if anybody knows a solution to this problem. Many thanks!!

Please put up a screenshot of how your keyboard appears in the Device Manager. If it appears as anything but Ornata Chroma, you have to uninstall the device drivers then run Windows Updater.
