so i've bought this headset for almost a week now, at first use the headset is working fine. The Mic is working,the 7.1 surround is working, pretty much everything is working.... that is until yesterday when i decided to use my onboard laptop speaker and use the realtek enhancement (at this moment my headset is already unplugged)..... when i plugged the headset back to play war thunder... the surround stopped working alongside my kraken Mic. i've tried to reset the speaker enhancement but its alsto didnt work. everytime i plugged the headset...the synapse app is also didnt recognize my headset and tell me to register it first (Even tho i already regist it) weirdly enough... every time i use my default speaker mode...the sound comes out from my headset...but when i change it to 7.1 surround... the sound didnt come out at all. adn instead the audio that plays were coming from the default realtek speaker driver instead of the enhanced 7.1 surround sound driver.its like the realtek driver is deleting my razer driver cause my razer device itself didnt got detected by Synapse 2.0... anyone also got this problem ????
