synapse 2.0 doesn't works..

hey guys sorry for my bad english.. windows 7 ultimate sp1 i tryied... *reinstall synapse 2.0 * download last version microsoft net frame work *download visual c++ all versions. * execute app admin my windows know's device mouse.. but app synapse doesn't open after sync with the cloud i can't use synapse... i have deathadder 2014 .... help-me please. Edit: synapse 3.0 open normal.. but 2.0 no! and i had deathadder 2014..

    This may have something to do with your Windows version. Please update to the latest build number for your OS and PM me if the problem persists.

    Just to make sure that we are on the same page, do you get the same results on both Windows 7 and Windows 10? Also, are you dual-booting, or are you testing on multiple PCs? In any case, I highly recommend that you try the troubleshooting steps provided on this page.
