Hi, For about the last 2 months I've had Synapse 2.0 auto shut down when my computer boots or I attempt to open the software manually. Synapse 3.0 is working fine. I have the latest Windows .NET version installed I uninstall/reinstall Synapse 2.0 and it will work until the next restart. Here is the error log: Application: RzSynapse.exe Framework Version: v4.0.30319 Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception. Exception Info: System.AccessViolationException at Razer.Emily.UI.CommonConfigNativeOps.NativeUIOpen() at Razer.Emily.UI.CommonConfigLoader.ShowUI() at Razer.Emily.UI.App.OpenEmilyUI(System.Object, System.EventArgs) at Razer.Emily.UI.EmilyUIMsgHandlerForm.WndProc(System.Windows.Forms.Message ByRef) at System.Windows.Forms.Control+ControlNativeWindow.OnMessage(System.Windows.Forms.Message ByRef) at System.Windows.Forms.Control+ControlNativeWindow.WndProc(System.Windows.Forms.Message ByRef) at System.Windows.Forms.NativeWindow.Callback(IntPtr, Int32, IntPtr, IntPtr) at MS.Win32.UnsafeNativeMethods.DispatchMessage(System.Windows.Interop.MSG ByRef) at System.Windows.Threading.Dispatcher.PushFrameImpl(System.Windows.Threading.DispatcherFrame) at System.Windows.Threading.Dispatcher.PushFrame(System.Windows.Threading.DispatcherFrame) at System.Windows.Application.RunDispatcher(System.Object) at System.Windows.Application.RunInternal(System.Windows.Window) at System.Windows.Application.Run(System.Windows.Window) at Razer.Emily.UI.SynapseApp.Run() at Razer.Emily.UI.AppEntryPoint.Main(System.String[])

Hey @TheHuntyBadger! Thanks for posting your Razer Synapse 2.0 concern here. When did the issue start? What Razer peripherals/devices are connected in your setup? Was there any software changes installed before the issue start? Did you check your anti-virus or Window's firewall and check if Razer Synapse 2.0 was blocked/restricted? If it's feasible, please test your peripherals on a different PC with Razer Synapse 2.0 and see if the issue persists?
