Synapse 2.0 issue

After i installed Synapse, logged in and the app finished updating, It appears in the toolbar but it never opens. I tried reinstalling multiple times, turned off windows defender and firewall and now I'm kinda stuck and have no idea what to do. Thanks in advance.

Hey there! Sorry to hear about your Razer Synapse 2.0's concern. Have you right-clicked the icon in the system tray? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM. Let's continue from there.

Hi, i have exactly the same problem. Synapse never opens no matter what i do. Did you find a solution?
