Synapse 2.0 Issue with 7.1

I own the Razer Kraken 7.1 v2, I have an issue with the surround, in calibration, games and apps in general, works only in stereo. Activating the "Windows Sonic" on Audio Settings does not solve the issue, also there is no longer the "7.1 Virtual Sound" option available in my Windows 10 Build (1909). Is there a way to restore the surround option?

I would also like to say that I've tried to reinstall multiple times both software and drivers. Also in Synapse 2, my EQ settings does not influence the audio in any way.
