Synapse 2.0 keeps shutting down

Hello! After latest Synapse 3 update (03.09) synapse 2 keeps shutting down after launch. Without synapse 2 my keyboard-Razer Anansi doesnt work properly. Need a solution! Already tried reinstalling synapse 2.0 - it helps and synapse 2 works, but after PC restart it starts to shut down again.

      I have the same issue. The only workaround that I've found is to completely uninstall both Synapse 2 & 3 and then only install Synapse 2. Installing the latest version of Synapse 3 causes Synapse 2 to not start. Please fix this ASAP Razer!

      Same exact issue. I'll take the short term fix to keep using my Orbweaver, but we need a permanent fix,

      Since clean reinstallation of Synapse only fixes it for a while. Please make sure both are exempted from any firewall/anti-virus, and send me your MSinfo logs and Synapse Logs to further investigate this. You can upload the files on Google Driver and send me the sharable link. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
