I'm having a problem. I recently updated drivers on my computer, but now Razer Synapse is not detecting my Blackwidow 2016 keyboard. Does anybody have a fix for this?

Does your keyboard still get detected in the Device Manager? If so, please perform the following steps on this page to fix the issue. Should the problem persists, PM me the serial number of your keyboard and a screenshot of your MSINFO32 so I can verify your device and take a closer look at your system.
