Hello I just bought my first Razer keyboard, blackwidow elite. My keyboard works for typing. I logged in to my account on synapse upgraded to the latest version, but only get a message of "Please connect a razer synapse enabled device". can anyone please help ? also I'm using USB-C adapter, because apple...

BlackWidow Elite is now migrated to Razer Synapse 3. The Razer Synapse 2 would not be able to detect anymore the BlackWidow Elite. Unfortunately, the latest Razer Synapse app does not yet work with the Mac OS.

Yes, I noticed that. I end up loading a profile using windows and works while on windows, but when I switched to mac os it only goes the default profile cycle. does the profiles only work if you have synapse 3 on ?

Yes, the profile works only if you have Razer Synapse 3 running in the background.
